Olivia Ofer is the CEO of the Eyal & Marilyn Ofer Family Foundation. She played a leading role in establishing the Foundation to build upon the multi-generational legacy of the Ofer family.
The Foundation aspires to improve lives and help bring about valuable change in education, healthcare and the arts by working in partnership with organisations to provide not only financial support but also advisory expertise. Its mission is to work alongside its partners to help them focus on and enhance their mission, achieve their targets, increase their impact and be more effective. Olivia Ofer is also responsible for driving the philanthropic strategy across the wider Ofer Global group – a multi-generational private portfolio of international businesses active in maritime shipping, real estate and hotels, technology, banking, energy, and large public investments. Olivia Ofer started her career in finance at Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, followed by real estate development at Global Holdings Management Group (US), before pursuing her passion for philanthropy as a Fellow at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors in New York and a Philanthropy Manager at Impetus Private Equity Foundation in London.
Olivia Ofer holds a BA from University of Pennsylvania and an MA from New York University. She is co-founder and board member of Education Opportunity Fund providing last dollar scholarships, founder of the London-based Propel Fund, a member of the Milken Institute Young Leaders Circle, Dartmouth College’s Presidents Leadership Council and New York University President’s Global Council.
